On this page
What is collected
- Whatever you send me by email or tell me by phone: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- What you enter in the contact form on this site: name, email address, an optional address of your current website, and your message. It is stored in a Supabase database that only I read, and used solely to reply.
- Aggregate visit statistics from Vercel Web Analytics: which pages get opened, where the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. No cookies and no identifier that would follow you across other sites — I see counts, not people.
- Standard server logs held by the hosting provider, including IP address and request time.
- Portfolio view preferences and the position to return to in the project list are kept for the browser tab session (sessionStorage). They are not sent with the form or stored in the enquiry database. An unsent message draft stays only in the open application's memory; refreshing the page clears it.
What for
Correspondence is used only to answer you and, if it goes that way, to deliver the work. Statistics are used to see which pages get read and what to improve — not for profiling and not for advertising.
There is no newsletter, no advertising, and no sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing. The contact form exists only to answer your enquiry — it does not subscribe you to anything.
Who else can see it
- Vercel Inc. — site hosting, server logs and aggregate visit statistics.
- Supabase — the content database the pages are generated from, and contact-form submissions.
- The email provider through which correspondence passes.
For how long
Correspondence and form submissions are kept as long as they are needed to handle the matter, then for the period required by law for accounting records. Visit statistics are aggregate and carry no identifier that could tie them back to a particular person; they follow the retention periods Vercel sets for that service.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, and to data portability. Email web@szramuk.pl. If you believe the data is handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
