One person instead of an agency
There is no shortage of web companies in the Tricity, and I will not pretend to be a cheaper version of an agency. The difference is in how the project runs. At an agency it passes through an account manager, a designer, a front-end developer and a hosting department; here it passes through one person, so there is no stage where a decision gets lost in a handover.
That approach has limits, and it is fairer to say so: for a project that needs a team of several people for six months, an agency is the better choice. For a business website, a store, or a rebuild of an existing site — usually not.
A Gdańsk project
ProfessMed is a specialist clinic in central Gdańsk. The site organises its offer, explains the scope of care and leads to booking an appointment. It is a good example of what a project for a city business looks like here: a specific goal, a clear structure, and none of the ornament that only slows a site down.
Meeting in person
I live in Kashubia, so the Tricity is half an hour away. On larger projects an initial meeting usually saves weeks of back and forth, so I am glad to drive over — and the rest of the work runs remotely anyway, with a live preview of the site.

Questions before we start
How are you different from a Tricity agency?
In scale and in how the project runs. I have no team, so I will not take on work that needs five people at once — but on a typical business site or store you talk throughout to the person actually building it.
Will you take over a site someone else built?
Yes, that is a common case. I start by checking what the site is built on and whether it can sensibly be extended. Sometimes it only needs fixing, and sometimes it is more honest to rebuild — I will tell you which of the two is cheaper over the longer run.
