Praust Moto

About the project
A local website for a car workshop near Gdańsk. Services are described in the driver's language rather than a mechanic's, with strong local-search signals and a phone number that is easy to reach on mobile.
What needed to change
A wide list of workshop services and technical fault names made it difficult for a driver to recognise whether the garage handled their problem.
How it was approached
Services were separated into driver-friendly routes, backed by practical articles, local-search information and a phone action kept within reach on mobile.
What it led to
A driver can now start with the service or symptom, understand the next step and call the workshop without decoding mechanic terminology.
What was built
Services named in the driver's language — DPF, AdBlue and air conditioning rather than fault codes
12 dedicated service pages instead of one comma-separated list
A 33-item knowledge base that explains the issue before the car reaches the lift
15 articles helping the site work in search outside opening hours
Dedicated routes for uncommon jobs that customers search for directly
A tap-to-call number for mobile visitors
Show the remaining build details +3
Workshop equipment shown as evidence that diagnostics are more than a claim
Address and hours structured for nearby-workshop searches
Terms and an accessibility statement uncommon on small workshop sites
