About the project
A website for a nationwide skydiving operator working across five drop zones. It takes a visitor from choosing a tandem jump or AFF course to booking a date, while selling the emotion of the experience and explaining the process to first-time jumpers. Content and pricing can be edited without a developer.
What needed to change
Five drop zones, two very different types of jump and eleven languages had to lead to the right date without forcing the customer to call.
How it was approached
The journey starts with the customer's decision — tandem or AFF — then moves through drop zone, date and payment. Each location has its own pricing and content.
What it led to
The live service now connects jump type, location, date and voucher purchase in one journey. The team can update content and prices without involving a developer.
What was built
Five drop zones, each with its own dates and pricing, chosen before the customer asks about price
Separate journeys for tandem jumps and AFF courses because they lead to different decisions
Date booking and voucher purchase without calling the drop zone
A three-step introduction to the jump instead of opening with regulations
The differences that matter — aircraft, experience and coverage from Silesia to the Baltic coast
A dedicated page for every location: Gliwice, Wrocław, Elbląg, Olsztyn and Jastarnia
Show the remaining build details +4
A separate entrance for licensed jumpers, who need different information than first-timers
Operational numbers shown directly because they build trust in this industry

How it is built
A custom booking-led site: choosing the jump type and drop zone leads directly to a date and payment. It is served through a global CDN, so it remains fast during peak season.
