01 / Context
The goal and project context
A website for a passenger-transport company in Pruszcz Gdański. The offer is organised by reason for travel — airport, business, wedding or employee transport — because that is how customers search, rather than by vehicle model. It works in Polish and English with phone and WhatsApp always within reach on mobile.
What needed to change
Passengers search by journey — an airport, wedding or employee transfer — rather than by the model of the minibus that will collect them.
02 / Design decision
From an intention to the next step
The offer was divided by travel occasion, with example route pricing, coverage and a persistent phone and WhatsApp action in Polish and English.
Journey A
I'm going to an airport or event
- Choose the purpose of the trip
- Review the route and service
- Ask about the journey
Journey B
I'm arranging business transport
- Choose employee transport
- Explore cooperation options
- Discuss journey details
03 / Execution
Decisions carried into the details
Services organised by travel purpose
- The offer divided by travel occasion rather than by fleet
- Dedicated airport, passenger, employee and wedding transport pages
- Round-the-clock airport transfers treated as a separate journey
Contact where the decision happens
- Fleet described by model and seat count — exactly what callers ask
- Coverage divided into the Tricity, all of Poland and airports
- Example route pricing shown instead of a generic quote request
Scope / further detail
What was built
- Phone quoting kept prominent because transport is often booked on the move
- Customer reviews placed next to the offer
- 13 English pages for passengers arriving at the airport

Verification date and method
Measured on the live site, 12 September 2026. Readings come from the checked public pages: browser loading measurements, axe-core accessibility checks, HTTP headers, the app manifest and sitemap. They describe the measured state rather than business outcomes. The verification scope depends on the capability shown.
How it is built
A bilingual mobile-first service site, split by travel occasion, with agreed pricing before the trip and a persistent phone and WhatsApp bar. Static generation and CDN delivery keep it quick.

What it led to
A passenger can now find the relevant transport scenario, understand the vehicle and coverage, and request an agreed quote while on the move.
